After countless hours, emails and edits… SHE’S HERE !!!! 🙂

I have been so so excited to re-launch and share my new blog design with you all! To celebrate, I got some of my favorite fitness/wellness/yoga-loving gals together on Sunday! It was a BLAST!

We hung out at PLAYLIST. Yoga in West Hollywood where we had an a amazing private yoga class taught by my dear friend Nicole Sciacca; and we enjoyed goodies from some of my very favorite brands: beautiful mala beads from Mala Collective, Penta Water, juices from The Raw Juicery, wellness shots from Vive Organic, vegan protein bars from Square Organics, adorable boho yoga mat slings from Vagabond Goods, coconut + lemon hand sanitizer from Everyone Products, raw beauty packets from Hum Nutrition, my favorite vegan coconut milk pops from Dream Pops AND all the girls got a NAMASTSHAY logo tank top that I had specially made!!
