I’m a yoga and fitness loving, green juice drinking, wanderlust-ing, wellness obsessed gal living in New York City with my sweet rescue dogs Penny Lane and Bali.
I moved to L.A. when I was 19 to pursue my life long dream of a music and acting career, but at 22 my life took a turn and my world completely crumbled. I entered into an extremely toxic and abusive relationship that would end dominating my life for 4 years. I went from an optimistic and ambitious young girl hustling my way through the entertainment industry to depressed, unhealthy, disconnected and hopeless. Those 4 years of absolute chaos brought me to my knees and nearly cost me my life.
I chose the latter (thankfully) and in an effort to find a little sliver of joy in life again I feverishly returned to my yoga practice for relief and clarity.
I found purpose, passion, happiness and freedom, and I’ve made it my mission in life to inspire others to do the same, no matter their starting point.

are big themes around here and that’s because those are the very things I struggled with for years before cultivating a yoga inspired life. I turned my weaknesses and traumas in to my biggest assets and strengths; everything I create and share is done so with the intention of helping you do the very same.
My life has become a perfect unplanned blend of everything that I love and I couldn't be more grateful for where my journey has originally taken me.
Yoga is at the center of everything that I do, and the more committed to a healthy lifestyle I am, the easier it is for me to see the monumentally positive effects it has in ALL AREAS of my life; which in turn has ignited a deep seated passion in me to share that power and positivity with others through my 12 week self-discovery program The Yoga Inspired Life, teaching yoga, my podcast, blog, YouTube channel and Instagram.
