When I was introduced to yoga asana in 2009, I had no idea that it would one day become my whole world, but it did, and it is, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Yoga gave me the tools to create balance in my life, teaching me flexibility, both physically and mentally

and it truly was the catalyst for me to finally embark on my journey towards self-love, self-empowerment, freedom, abundance and unparalleled joy.

I did my first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in August of 2014 through Source of Yoga with Caroline Klebl, with the sole purpose of deepening my personal yoga practice; then in December of 2015 I had the itch to learn more once again and I completed my second 200 Hour Teacher Training with Travis Eliot of Hollistic Yoga Flow. My most recent training concluded in August of 2019, I traveled to Bali, Indonesia for a month where I gathered another 200 hours of training through All Yoga! Teaching yoga was never a goal of mine but my intuition led me to the seat of the teacher and sharing this practice has been so incredibly rewarding. I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 12 years and teaching for 5 and have had the privilege of teaching for the last 2 years at Alo Yoga in Los Angeles, CA and at special events, festivals and retreats across the country.

My teaching style is fluid and dynamic, with a focus on the transitions, your presence and the breath. When this practice is approached with mindfulness and intention it has the power to transform you on a deeper level, beyond the physical. My intention for every class that I teach, whether in person or virtually, is for you to step off of your mat post practice feeling connected, abundant, limitless and inspired to take your yoga with you into your every day life.
