With that being said, here are a few things you ought to add to your grocery list that aid in bettering your complexion from the inside out 🙂
1. Avocados
Avocados are rich in healthy fats, vitamins A, vitamin C and fiber, which will enhance your skin tone and is anti-aging.
2. Dark Leafy Greens (kale, spinach, arugula)
High vitamin-C content helps prevent signs of aging. Also, leafy greens are one of the best sources of lutein and zeaxanthin—nutrients that absorb & neutralize free radicals. Consuming leafy greens also alkalizes your body, reducing acidity!
3. Pumpkin Seeds

Water keeps your skin hydrated which makes your skin appear more plump and less wrinkled! Our bodies are made up of about 60-70% water, so it’s essential you replenish your bodies water levels often in order for it to function properly!
